Wii Fit includes an array of fun and dynamic activities that utilize an exercise method that emphasizes slower, controlled motions, including aerobics, yoga, muscle stretches and games. You can even share and compare results and progress on a new channel on the Wii Menu. This all sounds new, but have we forgotten about the amazing Nintendo Power Pad from back in the day?
