Burberry has designed limited edition timepieces for both men and women, which is now exclusively available on Burberry.com. The women’s watch, pictured below, is designed similar to that of barbed wire in gold. The women’s timepiece is limited to 50 pieces worldwide and available for roughly $780 USD.

Burberry hasn’t forgotten the men, as they have round dual-time watch available in a dark nickle face that comes with either your choice of black, burgundy, racing green and a black alligator strap. These pieces are limited to 60 worldwide and will cost you over $1,200.

The latest collaboration sees UNDRCRWN and NOOKA teaming up to release a limited watch. UNDRCRWN known more for their cartoonish-like tees and NOOKA known for their innovative and dope design on watches. The watch is based off of the NOOKA Zen-V design, but incorporates UNDRCRWN’s logo on the face and color schemes on the wrist band. Here’s a great new timepiece by TSOVET. TSOVET is known for integrating the styling of engineered industrial tools, motor gauges and avionic instruments to create beautiful watches that are also unique. The two watches here are the CV73 and AT76 (pictured above), both are unique and quite beautiful. But my preference is for the AT76, that watch is crazy, the black on black just makes takes the watch to another level.

Burberry just released three new timepieces for the Fall. All three timepieces are a part of the Dual Time line-up. The one with the brown wrist strap and black wrist straps have a clean elegant look to them, while the third one has more of sporty feel to it, not something I would wear on an everyday basis. Timepieces are all Swiss made with stainless steel casing and are water resistant up to 100m. Prices range from £325.00 – £395.00.

Here’s a look at Nooka’s Fall / Winter 2009 ad campaign, which was creatively directed and photographed by The Supervisory. The distinct timepieces can be seen in each ad spot subtly. First off, wow. Bamford Watch Department, best known for customizing Rolex Watches to your specifications and colors has now expanded and added the beautiful, Tag Heuer Monaco time piece. Pictured above is my customization with touches of purple throughout, but you have a choice of 10 different colors to choose from to make your Tag Heuer Monaco one of a kind. This isn’t cheap though, as it runs £4,495, but hey small price to pay when you’re looking for something unique that no one else has.

Swatch CreArt Collection launched the latest collaboration yesterday between themselves and artist Billy the Artist for two new unique pieces. The CreArt Collection dates back to 1986 when the first pieces were designed by famed artist Keith Haring. The objective of the collection is to introduce mainstream consumers / audience to the world of abstract creativity by making the art “wearable”. Price ranges from $55 – $65.

The 4th and final colorway for The Rubber Player by Nixon has been announced and its’ dropping in yellow. The previous three colorways dropped were red, blue and green. These will be available June 15th for $170.00 USD online from Nixon, but you’ll probably have more luck finding these in stores rather than copping them online. In March Nixon announced that they were dropping four new special editions of their popular watch “The Rubber Player”. That first drop we saw the blue Rubber Player, this month they’ve dropped the watch in a red colorway. This apparently is sold out already online, but you can probably still hit your local retailers to see if anyone has it in store.

Louis Vuitton is coming out with a whole new collection of watches for the season and one of those fabulous pieces is the the Tambour Mystérieuse. This watch is exquisite, the actual movements were brought in-house and pieced together from scratch, which is generally quite costly and labor intensive, which is why most companies opt to outsource this. This piece features a beautiful movement that appears to be floating inside the bezel. They accomplished this by mounting it on sapphire crystal disks. Like a few of other Louis Vuitton products, this is watch if fully customizable from the metal and stones on the case to whether you want it manual or automatic. But hey, you are paying $265,000.

From an early age I’ve always had a great appreciation for a fine timepiece, this respected stemmed from my own father as well as my uncle, both of whom collected watches and would always get me a new watch for my own birthdays, nothing super fancy, but nonetheless the appreciation started there.

So when I recently saw the press release for the Breitling Chronomat B01, I spent a good 15 minutes looking at pictures drooling while imagining it on my wrist. Here are the details:
