Guys, Gnarles Barkley’s tryin’ to kill us. Their video for “Run” off their new album The Odd Couple, set for an April 8 release date, apparently failed the Harding Test, a test used to prevent TV images from giving audiences epileptic seizures. As fly as it is, I’m pretty sure the video failed because of the craziness that comes at 2:12 and after! While I didn’t quite have a seizure, my eyes did get pretty wonky and tripped out!
Danger Mouse told Billboad magazine: “I don’t know exactly what’s going on, but we’re having issues. I think [the video] is cool. It works for me. But I’m not necessarily that easily seasick. We can’t predict how people are going to interpret it.”
