Here is a visually arresting concept by the Office for Design & Architecture, better known as ODA. Wearing 3 hats, this modular system serves the function of rest, entertainment and work all in one unit. No further details were given, but as seen in the other pictures, you can pretty much arrange this setup to your liking. Being that its a concept, the certainty of a final product is on standby. But ODA’s system would be a great way to partition a room apart in a studio apartment or a South Beach hotel room.

Here is a piece of space saving brilliance by designer Sandy Lam. The hide-away balcony table is great for those that live in premium spaced apartments or condos. Right, Dave? Assembly is as easy as pulling up the bench and folding out the legs from the grounds up. While not in use, do the reverse and you’re back to square one, a nice and clear balcony. Even when fully assembled, the hide-away system is a minimalist lover’s delight. The design is also flexible to its owner. If you were to move away, you can take the hide-away furniture with you and place it in the next balcony or living room.
