Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen just came out with a coffee table book that is mainly about fashion and how it has inspired their lives and others. The book is titled “Influence” and has many never-before-seen photographs from the girls’ private lives. It also contains interviews with some of their favorite designers and personal fashion icons. It does not surprise me that they have released a book because they embody fashion if you ask me. I definitely recommend snatching a copy of this book at your local bookstore!

My girl Mary-Kate Olsen attended the New Yorkers For Children New Year’s in April Fete last night and her outfit has since caused quite a stir.

She appeared to be wearing what looked like a fuzzy steering wheel cozy around her head. It’s actually a head piece from Marc Jacobs‘ Fall ‘08 collection. She paired the furry halo with a psychedelic poncho in classic Olsen style, two sizes too big.

I’m normally a fan of M-K’s daring fashion choices, (even when she whipped out that Prada turban last year) but I’m not feeling this one at all. What do you all think? Are you gonna be sportin’ an MJ halo come fall?
