Are you planning on attending the Inauguration in Washington, DC? Look no further, I have provided a list of parties, concerts, official balls and unofficial balls. There will be many (as in hundreds) of events including DC’s night life throughout the week but the hottest tickets in town, besides the official Inaugural Ball, will have special celebrity guest performances.
As reported yesterday, the Manifest Hope art show will be heading to the district during President-elect Barack Obama’s inauguration week.

Word on the streets is saying that the Smithsonian Institute is interested in purchasing Shepard Fairey’s Obama picee for the National Portrait Gallery. The price tag for this is $75,000.00.
