Just Blaze drops a mixtape featuring over 50 tracks from the early 90’s. The mix is dope, but there is a bit of talking on it, which I’m not a huge fan of, but hey this is Just Blaze. Features a ton of tracks from artists like Main Source, A Tribe Called Quest, Naughty By Nature, Black Moon, Das Efx, Big L, Mobb Deep and more. Tracklist is after the jump and download link below.
Some leaked tracks off of the upcoming album from Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III, although if you do a search on google you can probably download the whole damn album. But here’s a preview of three of the tracks.
Lil Wayne ft. Jay-Z “Mr. Carter” Produced by Just Blaze
Lil Wayne “Shoot Me Down” Produced by Kanye West
Lil Wayne ft. Robin Thicke “Tie My Hands” Produced by Kanye West
The new joint, “Believe It” from Saigon produced by one of my favorites producers of all time, Just Blaaaaaaze.
Though I’m not feeling the vocoder/talkbox singing, the beat is nice. Just Blaze shows he’s versatile with the synth use on this joint- proving that he can kill it with or without samples.
Last week we hit you off with the first joint from the Smirnoff Signature Mix Series campaign, but in case you missed it check the track out here. The next track in the series just dropped today and has Common and Just Blaze remaking the song “The Light” into an ‘08 version. Have a listen below and download the track if wanted over at Smirnoff.
Common “The Light ‘08 (It’s Love)” Produced by Just Blaze
Smirnoff has teamed up with three iconic MCs with three of hip-hop’s best producers to create three new interpretations of legendary hits. All this to promote three different Smirnoff Signature mix drink recipes. KRS-One will be teaming up with DJ Premier to remix “Criminal Minded ‘08″, which can be heard below and download the mp3. Common will work with Just Blaze for “The Light ‘08″ and Q-Tip will team up with production duo Cool and Dre for “Midnight ‘08″. Songs will be available for download as well as being accompanied by a video. Anybody remember those St. Ides commercials? I sure do, I remember collecting mixtapes that had these commericals. The freestyles were ill. So far I’m feeling this new “Criminal Minded ‘08″ joint. Have a listen and download if you like. After the jump, those old ass St. Ides commercials I was talkin’ about. G-yeah!
