Commonwealth is having a HUGE Spring time cleaning sale this weekend all the way through the 18th. If I heard my coworker correctly, he walked out with a pair of uptown supremes for under 50 bills during the last big sale. Don’t sleep! This sale is not just limited to citizens of DC metroland and Norfolk, VA. The sale is applied to the online front as well. This is the perfect time to try on a pair of CLAE’s.

Big things have been popping with Commonwealth. Their expansion into DC from Norfolk, Omar running a DC Stussy and now this. Commonwealth and DC shoes’s collabo sneaker, the Gatsby will be dropping this thursday. From a first glance, I thought the designer duo, Eames, had some influence on it as they did on an earlier Bearbricks release. Here’s the real treat though. The reception starts at 8pm and ends at 10. Those that stay for the reception can get down at the after party @ the Red Tavern. Music will be provided by none other than Dj Neil Armstrong of the 5th Platoon. If only the reception was at Commonwealth DC….
