M83’s Saturdays = Youth is an album I sort of stumbled on and ended up really enjoying. Having quite a variety of sounds with a heavily electronic base, Couleurs (the half-time percussion on the breakdown at about 3/4 into the track is gully as it gets) and Kim & Jessie round out my favorites.

M83 will also be hitting Vancouver on Saturday May 24th for an early show (7-10pm) due to the fact Richards on Richards will be hosting its regular “Playas Club” night after that.. come to think of it, that could make for a very interesting night if you were to stay at the venue for your entire evening…hahaha.
