The legendary Rudy Ray Moore passed away Sunday of complications due to diabetes.
The self-proclaimed “Godfather of Rap” released many adult party records throughout the 60’s and 70’s that would later become some of the most sampled vinyl in hip-hop. Moore’s most famous alter-ego, Dolemite first appeared on these records but came to prominence in the 1975 film of the same name.

Tropic Thunder is an action comedy due out in mid August starring Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey, Jr. After seeing the trailer, I am heavily anticipating August 15th to roll around.
