But with that said, here’s a look at the Skytop 2 and I have to admit, I’m not loving these so much. This is a special limited edition Gradient colorway and numbered / limited to 600 pairs. Simone Legno, creative director of Tokidoki, recently created a “Mini Karl” Lagerfeld 10 inch vinyl figure to be retailed at $190 (USD). Mini Karl will be sold at Tokidoki flagship stores in New York, Milan and Los Angeles. Colette is also selling the Karl Lagerfeld figure online and exclusively in store. One Thousand figures have been produced of the mini version Chanel’s creative mastermind.

Tokidoki will also offer Mini Karl T-shirts next spring for their K collection. I think I may want to add “Mini Karl” into my toy collection now!

English fashion designer Gareth Pugh has teamed up with Incase, maker of all dope Apple accessories, to create a 13″ Macbook sleeve as well as an iPhone 3G(s) slider case. The product though will not be found at any old location, instead this collaboration is exclusively only available at AnOther Magazine, Colette and a few select shop locations around the world. The iPhone case will sell for £53.00 while the 13″ Macbook sleeve will be available for £76.00.

Just yesterday, I was gazing and contemplating on buying a pair of of Original Fake Starks Laces in the original black, red and white colorway.  Above marks another item I like by Kaws’ Original Fake brand, a New Era five panel with the adjustable velcro strap revealing the chomper graphic.  Aside from the rear graphic, what really draws me to the five panel is the gingham pattern.  You can wear it with practically anything.  The Original Fake ‘Gingham Check Jet Cap’ is now available at Colette.  However, I’m very convinced the good men of Commonwealth will be carrying them shortly.

Jason Wu and Parisian boutique, Colette, recently released a limited edition miniature doll from Wu’s Fashion Royalty® Monogram line.  The latest doll will be the second one from the designer.  Jason selected look number twenty from his Fall 2009 collection, which currently sold out at Colette’s website and retailed for $297.48 (USD).

Nike has dropped the “Women Gladiateur”, a concept designed by Nancy Wu, a student from the Art Center College of Design. The “Gladiateur” comes in two colorways. Its currently sold out at Colette. This is an interesting concept. I’m not sure how I feel about it but I’ll leave that up for you guys to decide. Do you like it?

French Store Collette will be celebrating Barbie’s 50th Anniversaryfrom March 9-28th. From March 9-15th, Karl Lagerfeld’s “Barbie and Ken” exhibition features photos of Ken (played by model Baptiste) and Barbie taken from Lagerfeld’s shoot. The screen prints of the photos will be sold at Colette. The event will also showcase Jeremy Scott’s shop, collaborative products with Married to the MOB, Uslu Airlines nail polish, make up by Smashbox and many more.

Famed photographer Steven Meisel, who’s work has graced the pages of Vogue Italia, teamed up with Editions Ricordi to create a limited-edition jigsaw puzzle of model Meghan Collison.  For $750, you can have one of the limited-edition puzzles in a custom made cloth box.  Wait, I forgot to mention that each box is signed by Meisel himself.

The image originally appeared in Vogue Italia, a publication for which Meisel has created every cover and lead editorial story for nearly two decades.

Each custom-made cloth box is signed and numbered by Steven Meisel. The jigsaw puzzle
is manufactured by Editions Ricordi, makers of high-quality jigsaw puzzles since 1808.
