Early May I had posted up about the Air Max Current.  According to previous entries all over the blogosphere, I was under the assumption these would drop sometime fall.   My weekend trip to the city proved to be a success.  I stumbled upon them at Clientele and fell in love.

Hours of walking around the city in a pair of Half Cab is asking for blisters and all sorts of foot pain.   And conveniently, my ensemble that day included Michael Leon’s Air Max 90 shirt.  So copping the AM90 Current saved a fashion disaster and my feet for the remainder of my shopping adventures.  Honestly, I had assumed I wouldn’t care for the mesh toebox.  But the lightweight factor from both the upper and Free x AM90 sole made walking and sprinting away from the rain a breeze.  Another noteable is the inside of the collar lining have these circular cushions.   The placement enables a perfect fit.  Overall, this is a solid pick up for both retro appeal and technical aspects.  If you’re in the NYC, check with Clientele or Goliath if you wanna experience the Air Max Current.
