So last month I posted a track from these twins by the name of Christian Rich, the named track I posted was called “Famous Girl” and is an upbeat, melodic hip hop jam. In that same post I mentioned that they were working with clothing brand Lemar & Dauley on a mix-tape, well guess what folks it’s here and to give you an idea on the hype on this I probably easily received 50+ emails with either the link to the mix-tape or asking me to post the mix-tape, none of them from Christian Rich either, just from our readers. As mentioned from the previous post as well the official name of the mix-tape is: I Found My Favorite Beats and Rhymed to Them While Watching ‘Coming to America’: The Decay Mixtape. The mix-tape is a prelude to their EP, The Decadence, which is due out sometime this year. But for this mix-tape they compiled tracks from The Neptunes, Royksopp and MF Doom to name a few, and recorded some raps over their beats. All of this done within 4 days. Uh yeah now that’s crazy.

Alright so freshly back from NYC and got a new dope fresh crew doing their thing called Christian Rich, and yes they’re twins. They moved out from the Chi to NYC to get some music gigs and ended up producing for Lil’ Kim, as well as one of my favorite groups, The Clipse. They’ve also recently completed and released a mixtape in conjunction with clothing brand Lemar and Dauley called I Found My Favorite Beats And Rhymed to Them While Watching ‘Coming to America’: The Decay Mixtape. Now how’s that for a fuckin’ mixtape name, ILL right. The song we got right here “Famous Girl” is mad melodic and displays their range from singing the hook to spittin’ bars, definitely mad fresh.
