B’s lil’ sis Solange is steppin back up to the plate this August with a brand new album, Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams. “I Decided” is the first single off the album, and here’s the video just out today.

I must say, I like how she’s trying to separate herself from Mrs. Jay-Z with this throwback-style song. Very Mowtown era, Chiffons and Shirrells sounding track. Love it. Girlfriends like a black Amy Winehouse… just less cracked out and more hot. Haha.
