Nylon Magazine recently named her as one of the “It Girls” to watch out for. You may recognize her face from magazines, fashion shows, or even Cobrasnake. At just 24 years of age, this Brit is already making headlines across the globe.
Why exactly is Alexa Chung famous you ask? Aside from being a former fashion model, she’s currently a tv presenter and was a co-host of the British show Popworld. While on the show, she conducted an interview with Panic at the Disco’s lead singer, and in the middle of the interview corrected his grammar causing him to get upset. The clip was on YouTube and had received about 10,000 comments from angry American fans of the band.
Supermodel Agyness Deyn has made her debut into the music world by singing vocals with New York band Five O’Clock Heroes on a track called “Who.”
Deyn looks cute as usual, and her voice doesn’t totally suck, which is a pleasant surprise. The single, on the otherhand, is a bit calculated and dull and nothing at all to celebrate. The video reminds me a bit of when Mel C. (aka Sporty from the Spice Girls) did that god-awful duet with Bryan Adams. Haha.
Britain’s Tatler mag has just announced their annual best dressed list, and model of the moment Agyness Deyn tops the list. This funky supermodel, who has walked for Chanel, Galliano and Vivienne Westwood, beat out Kate Moss, who has held the No. 1 spot the past two years.
Deyn is known for her quirky sense of style of mismatched neons, House of Holland T-shirts, and clashing prints. She also can’t be missed with her platinum blonde pixie cut.
Others who made the coveted list include Keira Knightly, Belgian model Anouck Lepere, and British TV hottie Alexa Chung.
