Here’s the latest Kanye West song “Heartless”, this is off of the upcoming album 808’s & Heartbreaks. I know what you’re thinking, “another song sung in auto-tune!?!?!”, yes. It looks like 808’s & Heartbreaks is heading down that path as there was a listening party held recently and from reported accounts it seems that Kanye done lost his damn mind and sung on every track via auto-tune. Why now? Why follow Terrycloth-Pain’s footsteps (besides as my KB member, AJK, pointed out “better beats and marginally better lyrical content from Ye”). Definitely confused at the whole direction of the album, but I’ll still try to give it a listen before I form a full judgement. For those that are thinking, “man this dude is closed-minded”, geeeeeeet the fuck outta here. I listen to a lot of different generes, I just don’t get why Ye is doing this now or why he’s even doing something that’s been done to death by the aforementioned Tallahassee-Pain. Video for the new Kanye West song “Love Lockdown” was officially premiered today on the Ellen Degeneres show. This is the first single off of the upcoming album 808’s & Heartbreaks which is now scheduled to have a November 25th release date. The song first debuted at the MTV VMA’s this year, after that Kanye went back into the studio to re-do the drums and relay the vocals. After watching the video and hearing the beat over and over, this has a very Busta Rhymes “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See” minus the rapping, don’t believe me? Have a look below.

Kanye West performed “Heartless” at T.I.’s show in Los Angeles, CA a couple days ago. This is the second single for his next album, 808s & Heartbreak. The follow up to Graduation was originally set to be released in December, as DT had reported back in September. The release date has now moved up to a tentative date of November 25th. Check out his performance of “Love Lockdown” and “Heartless”.

We’re going to keep our eyes glued to his blog for more updates regarding 808s & Heartbreak. As for now, the album’s title, as well as the singles “Love Lockdown” and “Heartless” all reference a break up. Mister West, are you sending a message to Alexis?

So as we all know Kanye West premiered his newest track “Love Lockdown” back on September 7th on the MTV VMAs, then on Monday (8 days later) he announced via his blog, Kanyeunivercity.com, that he was in the works of re-recording the track with taiko drums and he also re-sung the vocals. Which brings us to today, well actually yesterday, the newest version of the track was leaked and we got it here for your ears. Also the cover artwork above is the latest version as Kanye had his artists re-work it slightly, well the font from the looks of it. This track is set to appear on Kanye’s upcoming album 808’s & Heartbreak, which has been said to be released in December of this year.

I have to say I quite like this track, but if Kanye is going to sing throughout the whole album, then I’m not so sure, but thumbs up so far on the change.
