Only NY steps it up this summer with this t-shirt design inspired by life on the New York Times side. This shirt immortalizes an indispensible phrase used daily by nearly every hood cat that spits that street slang. From Islanders in Crown Heights, to Cambodians in the Bronx, to Dominicanos in Wash Heights, to all the dunns in Queensbridge, if ole boy’s edge up is zeeked, you gotta hit him with the, “Nah son!!!” Bag this shirt from the Only NY online shop.
Marqueesole provides us with a glimpse of 1/2 of the highly anticipated 3/20 Countdown Pack. Honestly, how many of y’all are even checkin’ for the XXs? As you can see from this picture, as well as the ones that will follow the jump, the coloring and quality of leather seem to approximate that of the OGs, and the two retros that followed in 1994 and 2001. I’ve still got a pair of 2001 retros, but these will most certainly be copped.
Legions of Air Jordan purists will be dismayed at the Jumpman that rests where the “Nike Air” should reside, but my opinion is that having the Jumpman accompanied with the “Air” below it is better than nothing. To some, the shape of the shoe as seen from the side may seem “off,” as I first thought. My guess, however, is that the photographed shoe may have been a smaller size (8 or 8.5), so I will have to see these on my feet in a size 12 to be certain.
Release information is as follows:

These Air Max 95 Quickstrikes just dropped at Goliath. I’m diggin the elements from the OG Neon AM95s, as well as the subtle crocodile print, and the 3M skyline silhouette is understated, yet dramatic. Make that trek uptown to One Oh Third, and see what’s really good with Rosemary and company.
Those of you that follow graff and other forms of street art may very well recognize the works of Brazillian street art duo Os Gemeos. Twin brothers Gustavo and Otavio Pandolfo have taken their art from the streets of Sao Paulo to galleries the world round. Like many of us, the Pandolfo brothers were inspired by such ’80s hip hop flicks as Beat Street and Style Wars, but in a notable departure from the norm, were actually invited to legally paint a train car. Their socio-political and folklore inspired aesthetic will make its way to New York City this weekend, when they get busy at Deitch Projects. On their website, Deitch informs us that:
In Too Far Too Close, they will be transforming the gallery into a fantastical cityscape with houses, doors, and passageways, all brought to life with their signature style of imagery. Building upon a group of artworks created for the Museum Het Domein in the Netherlands, this show features new paintings, sculpture, and installation bringing all the magical moments of their work together in one tightly knit dream world of an exhibition.

Tomorrow night, don’t miss this party featuring a DJ set from the legendary Moby. If that wasn’t enough, The Juan MacLean will be bringing some of that down and dirty disco funk that wrecks ya body and says turn the party out. If you haven’t caught wind of “Happy House,” then I suggest you pay this man a visit and peep game. House music all night long!

Several weeks ago, Van had posted a flyer for this show. Killahbeez would like to dutifully remind our readers that this show pops off this Saturday, June 28. This latest flyer features a Qee done up by none other than our next door neighbor Coolvader. My man has got some serious skills with the paintbrush, so come through and see what’s really good. The place is small, so come early to beat the crowd.
