For a near authentic Neopolitan pizza making experience, the Uuni Pizza Oven is a dream come true. Actually, it was a KICKSTARTER project that funded well above its goals back on Dec 19th. Uuni is a wood pizza oven constructed of stainless steel, is portable and more importantly heats up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit which translates to an easy-peasy three minutes to cook a pie. The KICKSTARTER project may have ended, but those interested can still pre-order one until February 28th here. Delivery is estimated to be around this May.
