If you happen to be a Camilla d’Errico fan like we are here at Killahbeez, you’re probably also a fan of manga and her eye and penmanship for art that a blur between fine art, anime and manga. And if you also attended her show at Tara McPherson’s Cotton Candy Machine in Williamsburg, your heart probably melted after having seen all the wooden blocks, bust figure, prints and sketches. Coming this Saturday, one of the featured pieces, “The Dream Melt” will be available as a timed release (for 48 hours) in either 16″ by 20″ on paper or 11″ by 14″ on wooden panel print. The time release prints are good from November 17th to the close of Sunday, November 18th.
Additionally, if you’re a Studio Ghibli fan, Camilla had a sketch at Cotton Candy Machine that sold out with the quickness called “Dust Bunnies”. Do the happy dance as Totoro and dust bunny filled mini print will go on sale the same day. Unfortunately, it’s not a timed release. So mark your calendars. Two great prints this Saturday only available at the online shop.
