Aint’ no doubt that I’ve been blessed to work in offices with some incredibly creative and talented people over the years. That holds true in my current job. It’s 2012, who the fuck starts a t-shirt line…Well don’t say that to the homie Abdallah El Chami aka Felix Berytus. He’s on the come-up in a serious way with some beautifully designed tees. He’s fully wanting to rep Vancouver to the fullest much like his influences in Nigo (BAPE, Toyko), Johnny Earle (Johnny Cupcakes, Boston), and Andrew Marshall & Stephen Thompson (Pyknic, New Jersey), that’s clearly visible in his Little J design which plays off of the Johnny Canuck logo of the Vancouver Canucks.
What also makes the Felix Berytus line unique is that he isn’t trying to pump out tees, but instead he does monthly tees on a limited run. This ensures that you are wearing a unique piece that won’t be seen everywhere, and when the shirt sells out, well then, it sells out. Pieces sell from $15 – $35, check them out here. [Link]
