German photographer Michael H Rohde presents a series of photos that simply makes us scratch our heads. A first glance at the photos makes one wonder if his setup involved a shooting underneath a glass floor up. But while examining the photo series further, you can only get more intrigued at objects such as trampolines, toy cars and books seem weightless. I’d like to write these off as brilliantly composed hyperrealistic paintings, but the man is a photographer. So for now the mystery remains unsolved and we can only appreciate the enigma.
