Olly Moss’s “My Neighbor Totoro” Print
On the topic of following Mondo, recently announced is an ongoing print series with the legendary Studio Ghibli. Fifteen movies will play at the IFC Center in New York City starting this Friday, December 16th to January 12th. Coinciding with the 35mm re-releases are fifteen film posters starting with Olly Moss’s take on Totoro. Like any Mondo release, two colorways will be available for the picking. The above pink one comes in an edition of 400 and priced at $50. A variant green print displays the movie title and credits in Japanese and is limited to 150 (at $90 each). All proceeds are to benefit the Ghetto Film School. Mondo posters are kinda hard to score so I wish the best of luck to all Ghibli fans this coming Friday.
