Is it possible to turn a 350 square feet efficiency into a luxury condominium with 24 rooms configurations?  Ask Hong Kong based architect, Gary Chang.  Of course buying a brand new flat would’ve been a cheaper solution, but this very same apartment turned condo holds sentimental value to Chang.  And Chang also stated in The New York Times, “I see my place as an ongoing experiment”.  As seen in the gallery, the flat screen tv wall hides away the washer and dryer nook.  The bedroom converts to a living room with the bed folding up revealing a couch.  The bathtub can convert into a guestroom/bed.  And with tons of accordion style shelving and a hammock, Chang has it all covered.
