One of my fave new labels is Stolen Girlfriends Club, outta Auckland New Zealand. The label house both mens and womens collections, and their current collection is just outstanding. It’s fresh and quirky, a little outdoorsy, a little city, two-parts tomboy and one-part girly, and a whole lotta cute!

Stolen Girlfriends Club launched in 2005, when co-founders Marc Moore, Luke Harwood and Dan Gosling decided to redirect all the energy they had been pouring into the surfing industry. They had worked with international fashion-forward brands and were ready to channel their vision into distinct mens and womens lines. Their designs are influenced by fashion, art and music and evoke a sense of youthful irreverence. Fans of Stolen Girlfriends Club include fashionistas Daisy Lowe and Kate Bosworth.

The Crop Mesh Top is one of my favorite pieces for the Fall/Winter 09 womens collection and a perfect addition to your holiday wardrobe. I’m always looking for standout pieces that will be just as comfortable as wearing a T-shirt but really hold its own and create a statement against a basic pair of denim. This top features a puff pointed sleeve over the right arm and a basic tank strap on the other. The cropped length measures 15″ long, and the fabric is 90% poly and 10% micro mesh, which give sit  an airy, ethereal feel, perfect for any season.
