The Illy Cafe Rocca espresso ice machine produces ice cubed espresso. The melting is inevitable. However, you can have peace of mind knowing even if it melts, the flavor will remain the same. Its rare that I drink coffee even once in a week, but as I’m writing this entry, I’m feeling the need to head out and buy a cup of Illy tomorrow.
