The other day I was grocery shopping in this bougie grocery market, when to my surprise I heard The S.O.S. Band’s “Just Be Good To Me”. It’s been a minute since I’ve heard this jam, but I caught myself singing along while picking out fruits and veggies. The S.O.S. Band had a string of hits all throughout the ’80s, this particular song appeared on their fourth album, On The Rise. Here’s a video of the band performing the song live on Soul Train.
