Melody Eshani’s latest shoe collection is in one word: fierce.
With bold and sexy street wise styles and stand out colors at an affordable price, all eyes will be on your hot toes.
Eshani is making her way to the top with fashionistas like Rihanna giving her the nod…and the opportunity to help dress her for the Grammys. As stated on her website, Eshani designs to “upset the equilibrium.” In the Persian culture she was raised, says Eshani, “women’s value and status is determined by marriage.” And she’s determined to bring power to women through their personal expression. I know that if I was rocking the Mariel Studded Wedge in gold, I’d be strutting down the street like the world was my catwalk.
The collection designs were a collaboration with Heatherette’s Richie Rich, whose penchant for combining dramatic yet very feminine and fun looks can be seen in these shoes, which are now available at Karmaloop.
My only concern is that it’s getting warm out there on the streets and I’m not looking for boots in April. But the Melina wedges are caliente enough to snag them now and put them in your closet to have something to look forward to pulling out next Fall.
