Here’s the latest video from Kanye West and features Kid Cudi as well, for the single “Welcome To Heartbreak”, which comes off of the latest Kanye album, 808s & Heartbreak. The video is directed by Nabil, who’s previously worked with Common, John Legend, Will.I.Am as well as Kanye on his video for “Champion”. When I first saw this video I was trippin’ cus of the effects, I thought it was the download feed, but then I quickly realized this is the same technique that Chairlift used for their video “Evident Utensil”, which was posted last week. Coincidence? Let’s hope so. The technique used is called “Data Moshing” where the images get pixelated.

Tight video not feelin kanyes album though, curious to hear kanyes joints on the new Jigga album. I’mma big fan of Cudi his leeked man on the moon shit is off the hook, from cleveland too we need some more artist like him slowly bringing hip hop back to the front.

I concur, I’m not feeling 808’s & Heartbreak. However, Graduation is still one of my favorite albums – all time fav in hip hop.
