T’was the night before iPhone and all through the streets, not a cell phone was ringing, they were now obsolete.

After my first post about iPhone, I was excited to find out how I could get my grubby paws on one. The initial service plans from Rogers/Fido were such an abomination, that I was reluctant to maintain my enthusiasm. Apparently after a wide spread outrage, the provider renegotiated their plan to include a special promotion.

For customers who activate by August 31 on a three year contract, a data-only offering of 6GB of data for $30 per month is being made available that can be added to any in-market voice plan. – www.macrumors.com
